While it's not perfect, it's still a pretty good ice cream. It's a bit too sweet for me but was quite good. The apple taste was very good and I like the caramel aspect. I would consider myself an ice cream snob. I go to Downtown Disney every weekend and stock up on Salt and Straw. I am so mad that the best ice cream I have ever had was this blueberry ice cream from a random roadside shop for an orchard in New Zealand. I pulled over on a whim and man, it was out of this world.
