I just wanted to let you know that we will be closed for two weeks from 17:00 on Friday, 18 December and will re-open at 9:00 on Monday 4 January 2021.   Our staff have worked under great pressure throughout the restrictions and lockdowns, ensuring that we have been available to provide support and services for our clients. Covid update – Lockdown Part 2

In light of the new national restrictions which will come into force on Thursday, 5 November 2020, The Dyslexia Association has made the decision that we will, unfortunately, have to postpone all diagnostic assessments and face to face screenings which were booked to take place between 5 November and 1 December.   We will review the situation towards the end of November with the hope that we can resume delivery in December.   All of our staff will continue working from their homes so that we can carry on providing all of our other services.   Our Helpline will be providing infor ..read more

During the course of lockdown it was sadly necessary for us to furlough our Helpline staff and therefore our Helpline service was suspended. We are extremely happy to report that our Helpline will be re-opening on Monday, 5 October.   Our new Helpline opening hours will be:   Mondays 1:00pm until 5:00pm Tuesdays 9:00am until 1:00pm Wednesdays 2:00pm until 6:00pm Thursdays 9:00am until 1:00pm Fridays 9:00am until 1:00pm Saturdays & Sundays closed   Further information about our Helpline and how to contact us are available here: https://www.dyslexia.uk.net/services/helpline ..read more
