If you're missing graham crackers, try these! Gluten-free, Paleo, and AIP friendly, they're full of flavor, make a great snack or dessert, and even can be used for s'mores!
I don't know about you, but graham crackers were an essential part of my childhood and something I feel is quite important in the summer to create s'mores! But other than a few gluten-free packaged offerings, there weren't many I found to be good once we changed our diets – especially no Paleo or AIP ones.
This all changed when I created this recipe! Read below for more info on how they came to be, how to use them to make ..read more

Trying to get more nourishing veggies into your day? This breakfast sheet pan meal is the perfect way to do it. A mixture of different vegetables are easy to prep and throw in the oven while you simmer a sweet berry sauce on the stove. Throw it all together for breakfast magic! Paleo and AIP friendly
One common complaint I get – and 100% understand because I struggle with it too – is that it sometimes seems hard to get enough veggies in. When people like Dr. Sarah Ballantyne recommend that we get at least 8 servings a day of vegetables it feels like we'd have to be eating a gazillion lunches ..read more

A tangy, sweet mixture of broccoli, ham, and pineapple will thrill your taste buds and leave you satisfied. Just a few minutes to make! It can be served over many different options as well! Paleo and AIP friendly.
I absolutely adore dishes that feel like a comfort food indulgence while also getting in some veggies.
This broccoli ham dish is one of those – the sweet and sour taste really feels like you're eating a takeout meal, but you're also eating a serving of broccoli!
It's also kid-friendly, especially when served over some sort of pasta (I used AIP-friendly cassava flour pasta for the pi ..read more

This delicious chicken salad features roasted sweet potatoes, pickled onions, toasted coconut, and herb marinated chicken. It's a Modern Market Thai Coconut Salad copycat recipe made compliant for the Paleo, Whole30, and AIP diets!
One of my favorite salads to eat is the Thai Chicken Salad from Modern Market. If you have the fortune of having a Modern Market near you (and aren't currently on the AIP Diet), I highly recommend you go get one.
But if not, or if you ARE on the AIP Diet, here's a slightly modified version that you can enjoy. It's not as spicy as the real deal as it doesn't use jal ..read more

If you're anything like me, chocolate is life. Unfortunately, because chocolate is out on AIP you might be dying a little inside. Don't fear – here are 7 different AIP chocolate ideas that are very “chocolatey” without the chocolate!

However, carob powder IS allowed, and makes an amazing chocolately substitute that can satisfy your cravings. The following recipes use carob powder to help you get through this chocolate-free period of your life.

Jam-packed with delicious ingredients and lots of texture, this salad is both filling and amazingly satisfying. Tastes great both warm and cold and can be made ahead of time! Paleo, Whole30, and AIP friendly
Do you get to that point in winter when you look outside and just see brown for as far as you can see (or white) and get depressed?
Yeah, me too.
I think that's why I turn to food to provide color and interest at this time of year.
Citrus, pomegranates, brussels sprouts, kale – all beautiful, colorful ingredients that are at their peak when the rest of the world is so blah.

Indulgent and decadent, these chocolate pudding parfaits are sure to be your next favorite dessert. Layers of chocolate pudding, raspberry compote, coconut whipped cream, and a chocolate cookie crumble make this oh soooo good. Paleo and AIP friendly!
So I know these can be used at any time of year because they're just that delicious and easy to make, but something about the combo of chocolate and raspberry really say Valentine's Day to me.
Anyone else agree?
And while a good piece of chocolate is amazing, sometimes you can't have that – like if you're currently on the AIP diet.
