This sassy breakfast blend is a fire hose of sunshine—and it’s anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and immune boosting to boot! Citrus and ginger are a delightful combination, and I love the balance of tart grapefruit and sweet oranges. Lemon gives the juice an extra dose of pucker (and an alkaline boost, too). 1 pink grapefruit, peeled 3 navel oranges, peeled 1/2-inch piece turmeric root 1-inch piece ginger, peeled 1/4 lemon, peeled 1. Wash and prep all ingredients. 2. Juice all ingredients. Psst… For more delicious juice and smoothie recipes, pick up a copy of Crazy Sexy Juice today, cheers ..read more

If detoxing could taste this good all the time, we’d all be fit as fiddles! The sprouts give this blend an earthy, nutty flavor, which is balanced perfectly by sweet pear and banana. Sunflower sprouts are one of the most nutritious sprouts around, featuring plenty of protein, B vitamins, and zinc, the latter of which is essential for immune function, while the leafy greens support your body’s natural detoxification processes. 1/2 cup dandelion greens, tightly packed 1 cup baby spinach, tightly packed 1/3 cup sunflower sprouts, tightly packed 1/2 large or 1 small pear, cored and seeded 1 ..read more

This sunny, sweet, refreshing juice is a wonderful morning wake-up call. There’s no actual orange in here, but cantaloupe and carrots help to create a vibrant color. Cantaloupe is a superstar source of vitamins A and C, both of which help to keep your skin and eyes healthy and your immune system strong. Cantaloupe is also rich in potassium, which aids in hydration and helps to keep your blood pressure steady. Pro tip: To make this mixture slightly less sweet, try substituting one cucumber for the carrots. 2 cups cantaloupe cubes 2 medium carrots 4 stalks celery 1/2 head romaine lettuce (about ..read more
