Hi all, My SIL (brother’s wife) has been having her mom give her two boys (my nephews) perms. The children are 7 and 4. they both have mullets that they are perming. The gma is doing the perms at her house, as far as I know she has no hair training, but from pictures posted on Facebook generally has an idea of the process. I’m looking for a mousse that will kind of wet my hair to pull it straighter then hold it in place. I have curly hair and struggle with frizz when creating sleek styles such as braids or tight ponies. Is mousse the best way to go about this? I’ve also considered a gel or maybe an oil? I'm a 27-year-old male, and for the past year, my hair becomes very oily just a day after washing. I've been using 2% ketoconazole shampoo daily, which prevents an itchy scalp, but skipping a day brings the oiliness back.
