I'm finally in the market for proper shoes as I've been using cheap running shoes all my life. I usually wear size 44-44.5, but got my Nano x4s today and while the left foot is okay, the right foot feels a little tight. Plus... I guess I'm not happy with the look, Metcon 8s look so much better and justify $150, whereas the Nano x4 look like poop. I love the arch and heel support on Nano x4s though and I would like to have that in the Metcons too. I can only order them online so the wait and returning them is a bit of a hassle so I'd like to hear your opinions first.

Hi all,
Im looking for a pull up bar from Rogue for my home gym. I’ve narrowed it down to both the P-4 and P-6V, as I would need to mount the bar to a wall in my gym.
Can anyone give me advice on any of the 2, or recommend other pull up bars?

I’m currently trying to in-take a gram per body weight at 150. Should protein be spread out throughout the day? Does it matter? Are there more optimal times to eat? After a workout I’m starving so I try for eggs, bacon, cottage cheese and maybe a protein shake. Gaining weight has always been difficult for me so any tips are appreciated. Just don’t tell me to stop with the CrossFit WODs.

I am terribly inconsistent — I’ll go religiously for awhile, then life happens and I’ll quit going.
This time, I’ve gained 15 pounds, and I’ll basically be starting from square one… AGAIN.
I’m not one of the social members of the gym - I tend to be pretty quiet, show up and workout, and leave - so it’s not like they’ll be a huge fanfare when I show back up or anything. But still, I’m really in my head about starting back up.
Any advice?

After watching her documentary i'm still unsure what really happened. Seems like Cotler was conflicted in letting her go but at the same time had to because people were going to quit his training/gym because of her? What was she doing that was so bad?

I have lost a ton of weight over the past couple years just over training and underrating etc, and I need too put on some muscle/weight as my bf has gotten super low, around 6% I would say. so I need advice for structuring workouts prioritizing strength/weight while also still running and doing CrossFit . what would be good strength splits, and how to combine that with my cardio/conditioning work?
