Before jumping into your training sessions it is important you do a warm-up first. Aim to arrive at your training sessions about 10-15 minute earlier to go through your warm up routine. I remember when I was a child and attended my uncle’s 40th birthday party. Everywhere there was the saying of “Over the Hill.” Nearly every birthday cards had “Happy 40th You’re Now Over The Hill”. Even his birthday cake had the saying “Over the Hill” on it. I remember thinking to myself. He is soooo old.
