We don't get them that often so for 2024 I did a twist on the classic cocktail the "Leap Year".
Subbed Gin for Whiskey and I added my Peachy Queen and created...?

Recipe:
2 ounces a smooth Bourbon
1 bar spoon of Laura Ann’s PEACHY QUEEN jam
.5 ounce sweet vermouth (I prefer Antica Formula for this drink)
.5ounce Grand Marnier liqueur
A SQUEEZE of fresh lemon juice (U usually squeeze a 1/4 of a lemon into my shaker) - about 1/4 c max but start with 2 tablespoons and add more to taste.

LO-FI HOLIDAY SANGRIA
Recipe is for 4-6 glasses
2 c sparkling grape juice or apple juice
3c cranberry/pomegrante juice
1/2 c orange juice
3 tbsp cherry lo-fi
2 tbsp strawberry lo-fi
3 cinnamon sticks
2 star anise pods, orange slices from 1 orange cut thin, 2 med apples cut in small pieces , pomegranate arils, cranberries, rosemary for garnish

Ingredients:
2oz Bourbon
1 heaping bar spoon of Laura Ann's Blackberry Bay Leaf Jam
.75oz Lemon Juice
Soda
Directions:
Mix bourbon, lemon juice and heaping spoon of Blackberry Bay Leaf Jam in a shaker. Shake vigorously until well combined.
Empty Contents into a rocks glass
Fill your glass with ice and top with soda water.

2 oz. (45ml) Tequila
A nice big tablespoon (or about 2 bar spoons) Lo-Fi Cherry Jam
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
Add to a shaker with ice in it. *SHAKE RATTLE & ROLL*
Strain into a Collins Glass (or a Margarita Glass)
Top with soda water (for "skinny beech version) or Lemon Lime Soda
Garnish: Lime Wheel / Cherry

in a 4 quart container
Combine: bourbon, Holiday Marmalade, fresh lemon juice
Let the mixture Sit overnight (if possible) or an hour or so
strain through a mesh strainer into your serving container
add 1 24.5 oz bottle of sparkling apple cider (if you like it SPICY…you could also replace the apple for ginger beer)
Serve with sliced apples, oranges, cranberries, cinnamon sticks - anything festive! I usually make fancy ice cubes ..read more

Muddle the mint and lime together.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the lemon-lime soda.
Shake and strain over an ice-filled glass.
Top off with lemon-lime soda.

BOOZE, ICE CREM & JAM what can go wrong!
Shake 1st 3 ingredients in a Boston shaker with a few ice cubes to chill
Pour over ice cream in a tall glass
top with soda water
top with Whipped Cream
garnish with strawberry
serve with a long spoon
