First time I’ve gotten a decent outside angle on deadlifts in a while, looking to make sure my form holds up as weight gets heavier and I transition to using hook grip (which is why this is only a double because shit hurts).
To me it looks and feels good, basically want to make sure I’m keeping my back in extension and that I’m not overdoing the lockout too much.

hi! i’ve been going to the gym consistently for about 3 months now, and doing a calorie deficit consistently for about 2 months. i’m not seeing any results, i weight lift and do intense cardio everyday. i feel stronger, but i’ve also gained 10 pounds since i’ve started going to the gym. ( was 142 pounds and now i am 152 pounds im 5’7 for reference.) is this normal?

I struggle with diet. Gained 10kg but mostly gained them in the first 2 months, my weight hasn't changed since then to now, but I train hard.
