James says in his book, in chapter 3:3-6; “3When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. 4 Or take ships as an example. I regularly meet people who don’t feel that they have anything to offer the church in way of gifts and talents; disheartened people who have very little hope and positivity about their role within God’s family. I think it’s probably human nature to look at others and wish we had their gifts or talents.
