I was inspired to create this colored pencil garland using Astrobrights Tropical Cardstock! I love the variety of fun Spring colors in the pack ? Here’s how to create your own: Pick up the Astrobrights Tropical Cardstock pack from your local Target or at Target.com for same-day pickup!
