He just is. Hiring a defensive coach with a team with 3 elite scorers was so dumb. Lean into your strengths and make other teams adjust to you. Suns were disappointed because the offense was mediocre. It is unacceptable to have Book, KD, Beal and Allen and only have the 10th ranked offense. The offense should have been destroying people. It should be top3 at the minimum. Coach Bud has always coached elite offenses. First as an assistant in San Antonio. Then as head coach in Atlanta and Milwaukee. Mat Ishbia should hire himself as Suns coach. This really isn't as crazy as it sounds. If he's smart enough to make billions, how hard could it be for him to draw up a sideline out of bounds play?
