Anyone else follow this guy from Colorado? He’s 6’9”, pretty old at 23 but high IQ, excellent shooter (39%) from deep, good switchable defender at the forward spot, loves to dunk/attack in transition, nice passer, and very effective off-ball. Defense Weaknesses: Poor dribbler, lacks burst, limited to guarding 3/4 position. Can’t really rebound or defend the post. Tristan is less versatile, athletic/strong and defensively oriented than Jeremy but has a lot of other soft skills. I’ve generally been in favor of the Spurs trading for Trae Young, BUT only if it’s a reasonable deal. The Jazz are one of the few teams who can easily outbid the Spurs. I would have liked Victor to be the DPOY. We'll see tomorrow who knows. It's a shame that people, being too partisan, don't realize how sensational Victor is. And I am a huge fan of Rudy Gobert. But the best defender, now, it is Victor. Simply. Some say: the DPOY must go to a winning team or one that is very good defensively.
