Andre had been making rapid progress this season while providing some actual elite-level NBA skills from the start.
Andre had a pretty rough first month or so of the season, averaging ~30% turnover rate through his first 8 games. However, by the time Doc took over in the end of January he'd reduced his turnover rate to league average(roughly 10-11%). When allowed to play, he got better fast.
Additionally, AJJ was rebounding at an elite level from the start. Between the beginning of December and end of January when Doc took over, Ajax was possibly the best rebounding wing in the NBA. Here's wh ..read more

I’m not even mad at the Pacers. They’re have an incredible offensive roster and this guy has been their worst player many nights but gets credit as if he’s the best. That’s who I’m hating on right now. Mfer has more scream poses to the camera and more complaints to the ref than field goals every damn game.
