I've been working on a new jelly recipe and it's pretty close to perfect. It's a Merlot Wine Jelly which might sound a little weird but, don't pre-judge till you take the first delicious taste. It's amazing with cheese, perfect for charcuterie boards, grilled cheese, as a basting sauce, a gourmet pb&j spread, on yogurt... I could go on and on. We had to take a long walk after dinner to try to make room for the beautiful pumpkin pie that our granddaughter, Annie had labored over. But we made it work!
