Rendering courtesy of Reputation Partners Plans for a 30-story tower have been submitted to Denver’s planning office. The tower would be located at 19th Street and Arapahoe St. in Downtown Denver. Chicago-based Riverside Investment & Development is developing this Downtown Denver project. 32V in LoHi makes progress

Currently under construction in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood at 32nd Avenue and Vallejo Street is 32V. This mixed use development will feature 28,000 square feet of office space and 6,000 square feet of retail on the first floor. This development was designed by Denver-based Elevate Architecture. The floor plates are approximately 12,000 square feet in size. The second floor features a 3,000 square foot mezzanine.  There is a roof top deck and private balconies are included on each office suite. JLL announced today that it has secured $25 million in construction and bridge financing for 777 and 757 Grant Street in Denver, Colorado. 777 Grant Street is a vintage office building that will be renovated and repositioned while 757 Grant Street is a Class A, ground-up multifamily development. Zeppelin Development project breaks ground

Last week, Denver-based Zeppelin Development announced the groundbreaking for Kabin, 194 workforce housing units in River North (RiNo). The groundbreaking will took place on Wednesday, April 24 at 3461 Ringsby Court, behind the RTD facility. Kabin will provide workforce housing to service industry and young professionals. (HFF) has announced $54.60 million in acquisition bridge financing for the repositioning of 930 15th Street, a 223,000-square-foot vacant office/data center building in Downtown Denver, Colorado. Hotel Born opened in 2017 adjacent to Denver’s Union Station at 1600 Wewatta St. This Kimpton Hotel contains 200 rooms. One of the noteworthy features of the property is a walkway at street-level that has been incorporated into the structure to allow public pedestrian access from 16th St. to the train platform at Denver Union Station. Mayan Theatre

Located at 110 Broadway in Denver, is the historic Mayan Theatre. The theatre was built in 1930. It was nearly lost to the wrecking ball in the 1980s, but a grass-roots group, “Friends of the Mayan” helped to ensure the theater was preserved. The building underwent restoration in 1986. Today the Mayan Theater contains three screens and focuses on showcasing independent films. It contained one screen when it opened. The Exterior glass work is now complete at 999 17th Street. This is a 9-story office building that contains 93,000 square feet of office space.  999 17th Street was designed by the Denver-based architecture firm Davis Partnership Architects. The developer is Shea Properties.  This building is located at the corner of 17th Street and Curtis Street in Downtown Denver.  Construction for 999 17th Street began in December of 2017.
