I’m a photographer and love this piece. But. Warm weather is coming and the to big sleeves hang poorly on the model I want to shoot in it. Looking for ideas. I don’t sew but want to point a local alteration in the right direction. Thoughts??

It's amazing and I love it, but it's sagging around the bottom. I remember seeing people commenting on this same problem a couple of years ago but can't find anything now.
Any ideas how to deal with/fix this? I imagine it's because the wool is so much heavier than the lining, but???? It's been well pressed.

Im learning to pad out my dress form, but that comes with constantly groping my mannequin self to see if their symmetrical ?? that is something i DO NOT want to do in front of my dad. Unfortunately my work room is also in the living room, so it’s kinda unavoidable. I suppose i just gotta wait till he leaves tomorrow ?
But thanks dad ur the best ?

Not too difficult to make and works well to keep all my sewing thread in one place.

I made the pattern myself on paper using a photo as reference. I then weaved the leather ( double for this type of bag as the interior is weaved too)
For this particular bag I used a machine (Juki) for the stitching.
Blue lambskin (20sq feet) and suede fabric (not suede leather) for the lining.
I put something in between the woven panels so the bag doesn’t collapse
Any questions, feel free to comment. Thank you

Pattern Used: I duplicated a green dress I already had. The lining in the green dress was disintegrating, so I took it all apart, traced the pieces, and made a pattern. Afterwards, I installed pockets, bra holders, and a new lining in the green dress before making this white dress.
Fabric Used: The shell is made from white linen sheets I got from IKEA and had leftover from another project. The lining is a plain cotton I found for $1 a yard at a yard sale. The silver trim and silk ribbon I purchased on clearance from Joann’s.
