The Gift Challenge is all about giving, and our gift to you is the opportunity to give a free live online yoga class to anyone you wish. All you have to do is ask them, and tell them to join in. The benefits of walking are well known so let’s take advantage
during this first full month of fall….
In yoga, we get lots of good stretching, relaxation, and mental renewal, but, by and large, we are limited to our yoga mats, for the most part. So it is integral for us to get out and move, and there are few things better than taking a good, strong walk.

Here are a few benchmarks for keeping in shape this summer…
For the month of July we have the Fitness Challenge. Here the point is that fitness can comes in all sorts of ways. The following are options that can be used throughout the month, depending whether you are indoors or out:
Balance: Hold a standing balance pose of your choice (tree pose, dancer pose etc) for a minute on each side.
Cardio: Walk a 15-minute mile.
Equipoise: Pick a yoga pose and refine your form using a mirror.
