Spotify's app is a compete disaster. You can't play music without your iPhone and the UI hasn't changed since the app was first launched. Apple on the other hand fixed the problem, but the app still looks very dated; even when WatchOS 10 modernized many of its apps. Any reason why Apple or Spotify don't update their watch apps?

My RHR has always been low (40-50s) but being pregnant increased it quite a bit and remained high. After giving birth, my RHR immediately went down again. The body is wild! Hormones really have full control and I my consciousness is just along for the ride.

I recently purchased the Ultra 2 and was at first overwhelmed with the amount of notifications that came in (Messages, News, Emails…) so decided to switch them all off.
However, I feel like I could also “benefit” from having some notifications on my Watch and other on my phone exclusively.
Which notifications do you prefer on your AW than on your iPhone, or at least don’t bother you? I feel like the more “time-sensitive” ones could have quite the added value, like Maps for directions while walking.
Happy to hear your thoughts!

I’ve tried several in order to find what’s most important to me, and essentially what I am looking for is:
Custom session length
Haptic interval
To me, the proprietary mindfulness app is almost perfect except for the fact that there is a 5 minute limit to the session. Is there any app which allows for a longer (2hr+) or indefinite session time which also can provide haptics at set intervals similarly to the onboarded app?

Flew from east coast United States to Hawaii. Was in the air for 11 hours. Yet my watch says I ran 22 miles and 20,000 steps? Nothing is adding up at all!

Got more sleep last night than I did during the week (5-6.5 hrs) but it seems to be all over the place.
