Bingham Family Vineyards has recently expanded their number of tasting rooms by opening a new location in Roanoke, which is north of Fort Worth, in January 2024. In a recent trip to North Texas, I stopped by the new location. I had never visited Roanoke before, but from what I saw, the Binghams have picked a nice location. The tasting room in Downtown Roanoke on Oak Street also houses restaurants, a brewery, lodging, and more. Leading up to the Lubbock Uncorked wine festival, the weather was in Fake Spring #4 or Faux Summer #2 mode with beautiful clear skies, temperatures between 58-84 degrees, and the added bonus of no wind or blowing dirt.
