I don’t know about you, but I’m more than ready to ditch the chunky knits and heavy coats in favour of lighter, brighter wardrobe staples. As the weather warms up, it’s the perfect time to revamp our closets. Here are my Spring staples that will make me look chic and fresh all season long! 1. The Trench Coat – A true classic and an absolute must-have for Spring. Not only does it provide a lightweight layer for those unpredictable April showers, but it also adds a touch of sophistication to any outfit. Opt for a timeless beige or camel shade or make a statement with a bold colour or print. 2. F ..read more

For Easter break, we took the girls to sunny Spain for a few days and it didn’t take me more than a second to morph into holiday mode. After a short stop in Marbella, we drove from the seaside to the breathtaking city of Granada and below are all our favourite spots: Stay: We stayed at the Hotel Palacio Gran Vía and loved it! It’s an old converted bank with plenty of charm, family-friendly, with the perfect location as well as lovely staff and service. The best part is drinks at golden hour on their rooftop terrace overlooking the city (the best one in the city if you ask me!). They offered a ..read more

Are you itching to make your home look more sophisticated and chic, but don’t want to break the bank? Good news, revamping your home doesn’t always require a hefty budget, the devil is in the details, and sometimes, all it takes are a few well-thought-out choices to elevate the overall look and feel of your home. Here are my 7 tips how: 1. Go for a Cohesive Colour Palette Opt for a harmonious colour palette. Neutral colours are always a good idea and they’re perfect to create a calm, timeless aesthetic. Shades of cream, beige, taupe or white have such a chic, understated elegance. And if you w ..read more

The Denim Maxi Skirt Edit

It’s an absolute must-have this season – chic and incredibly easy to style. For a laid-back daytime look, you can pair your denim maxi skirt with a simple tee and then a jumper or an oversized jacket layered on top. Add sneakers or flats and you’re ready for a day at the office or a brunch. If you’re going for a smarter vibe, just swap your tee for a shirt or a cropped jacket. Pair it with heels (I love these kitten heel slingbacks) or boots and finish off the look with some chunky gold jewellery. I’ve linked to all my favourite denim maxi skirts below: Turn on your JavaScript to view content ..read more

Whether it’s for a fabulous dinner party or just a simple Tuesday night in with a glass of wine, a well-designed tablescape can instantly elevate your dining experience. 1. Start with a Vision: Take a moment to think about the overall mood and theme you want to convey. Are you going for a romantic and dreamy vibe or a bold and vibrant setting? I find this step incredibly helpful: I lay out the crockery and linens I plan on using and then style them together trying our different combinations until I find the one I love. If you’d rather do something a little bit more special for your mum on Mother’s Day than just give her a card and flowers or a gift, here are some fun activities you can do together. A good rule of thumb is to treat her to something she wouldn’t normally do for herself. 1. High tea: Go out for a traditional afternoon tea at a local tea house to enjoy tea, delicious treats and pastries. I think it’s such a lovely way to relax and enjoy each other’s company. 2. Pottery or Art Class: I did it with both my mum and Honor and ah, what fun it was! You’ll both learn something new and you’ll let your c ..read more

Do you carve out time to be with your girlfriends? It’s actually a fact that women who do, despite marriage, children, and busy careers, are happier and healthier! I love spending time with friends and we try to plan at least a dinner or a night out once a month. Last week – with the holidays around the corner – I hosted a festive dinner at my house with some of my best friends and the theme was tartan. We all wore something tartan, dresses, trousers or accessories. It’s definitely a winter favourite and I love its chic and cosy vibe. My dress is the Nap Dress by Hill House Home (linked here ..read more
