Hi all! I work for a general contractor in the Midwest and I am dealing with a drywall sub that is behind on his bills. We have not received any liens, and historically this contractor has paid his bills in full up until a few months ago. I understand that he may be dealing with a short term cash shortage - but right now he is billed out over his skis in the tune of $300k over 2 projects.
