So I've had this problem for many years now and It's getting to a point where it's stressing. 7+ Years ago I hit my peak to the point where doing double front flips on a trampoline were coming easy to me. Notably, they added some 0.2 options for deductions specifically for body posture, insufficient variation in rhythm and tempo (beam), poor expressive engagement (floor), and lack of connectivity of the music (floor). Would this even be physically possible? As a skill on the beam, not a dismount. Obviously, some gymnasts through history could do the front somi 1/2 on beam with relative ease, but I wonder whether it would be possible to add an extra half turn?
