ALGIERS, La (WGNO) — Family members have identified the woman who was shot and killed in the 300 block of Ptolemy Street on Monday, April 22, as 25-year-old Brittany Ussin. Her family described her as a loving friend and proud mother of six. Videos, posted to social media, show Ussin getting attacked and dragged by a group of women.
