CHICAGO — Chicago police are asking for help finding a missing 12-year-old girl who was last seen in the city's Chicago Lawn neighborhood. Dasia Whitfield is described as being about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. DOLTON, Ill. — Dolton Mayor Tiffany Heynard's top aide, Keith Freeman, pleaded not guilty to bankruptcy charges Wednesday as he's named in another lawsuit against the embattled mayor. Freeman is a senior administrator for both the Village of Dolton and Thorton Township.
