  Like a scene out of "Trick R Treat," in 2015, a woman's body was a victim of murder and misunderstanding on Halloween Night.  A woman was brutally beaten at Halloween time. She tried to scramble over the fence, got caught on it and subsequently died.  It wasn't until a construction worker went by and needed to move the prop that he found out it was a real woman.
