Disney Legend Burny Mattinson, a Disney Veteran who spent 70 years working in the magic of Walt Disney Animation Studios, passed away today. February 27, at age 87. Disney studio’s longest-serving employee, Mattinson made his debut as an in-betweener on Lady and the Tramp (1955). Burny passed away at the Canyon Oaks Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Canoga Park, California. He was still working full time as a story consultant and studio mentor at Disney during the time of his passing. The new season(s) will be produced by original co-creators Mike Judge and Greg Daniels, and incoming executive producer Saladin Patterson. The Nacelle Company recently announced its acquisition of the Biker Mice From Mars franchise. They also announced their plans for a new toy line and animated series. The original series’ first episode premiered September 19, 1993 (USA). The final episode of the original series ended February 24, 1996. A new Beavis and Butthead movie is coming to streaming exclusively on Paramount+. Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe is written by Mike Judge, Lew Morton, Guy Maxtone-Graham and Ian Maxtone-Graham.
