On April 11, 2024, Microsoft released SQL Server 2019 Cumulative Update 26. This is Build 15.0.4365.2 By Microsoft’s count, there are 19 public fixes or improvements in this CU, so it has a about an average number of fixes and improvements. This CU is once again on time (based on Microsoft’s public guidance about how SQL Server is serviced), so kudos to Microsoft for staying on schedule for this CU. On April 9, 2024, Microsoft released SQL Server 2019 CU25 + GDR. This is Build 15.0.4360.2. By Microsoft’s count, there are 2 security fixes in this GDR. As usual, this GDR is being pushed out by Microsoft Update. Also as usual, I have updated the SQL Server 2019 version of my SQL Server Diagnostic Information Queries to cover this. On March 14, 2024, Microsoft released SQL Server 2022 Cumulative Update 12. This is Build 16.0.4115.5. By Microsoft’s count, there are 50 public fixes and improvements in this CU, so it has an above average number of fixes.
