If you haven’t heard of baked feta pasta by now then you have been living under a rock. As much as I love the idea and all the flavors there’s just one thing I don’t agree with from the recipe and that’s the baking of ingredients and mixing in the pasta. Although the process is easier, you are compromising taste and texture by simplifying tossing everything in. My remedy for this recipe is still using one pan, but lets give each ingredient the respect and time it deserves.

My favorite part about Spring is that berries are in season. I love making a delicious salad with berries and pairing it with feta cheese.
