A huge story. TKO released a new SEC filing that reveals that WWE President Nick Khan has registered to sell all 234,424 shares of his TKO stock, which includes 180,530 Class A common stock. Similar to Vince McMahon, who listed his remaining shares for sale as well, they have not been sold as of yet and are only listed. Khan is listed as having 53,894. As noted, the April 24th AEW Dynamite drew 683,000 viewers and scored a 0.23 in the 18-49 demographic, which was a drop from the previous week and the lowest viewership AEW had since 2021. JohnWallStreet reports that this year’s showcase of the immortals raked in $38.5 million in ticket sales, marking a 78% rise compared to the previous year’s Mania 39 and a whopping 147% surge from 2022.
