Divine Happiness Through Spirituality
Spirituality in the present context is to be understood as the quality of being that is predicated on a sense of closeness and connectedness to The Almighty – the Creator of the universe and the Guide and Sustainer of everything in it. The existence of The Almighty is
indisputably evidenced by the Quran, whose myriad miraculous features pose an insurmountable challenge to disprove its divine origin. For non-Muslims the Quran is to be regarded as a standalone text that should be appraised o ..read more

In Deep Fitness you introduce a specialized form of exercise. What do you call it?
It’s called Mindful Strength Training to Failure, or MSTF for short.
How did mindfulness and exercise come together in this fitness program?
While Andrei was training clients in his gym, New Element Training, he became aware of the mindful aspect of his workout, with its very slow movements. To pursue its possibilities he invited Philip, an embodiment specialist, to try it. Philip was immediately hooked, and while Andrei continued to train him, Philip began training Andrei in The Embodied Present Process – the m ..read more

My new single, “Fire Spinner,” is about a girl I was seeing who was passionate about the art of fire dancing. The lyrics “Letting her love flow through those roots, tonight,” is about the practice of grounding down into the present moment, which is apparent in that type of movement.
My writing process was inspired by my daily meditation practice, as well as qi gong, kundalini yoga, vinyasa yoga, and reiki. I clear my mind with these practices on a daily basis, and that aids me in being a channel for different lyrics and melodies. The word “flow”, which consistently come ..read more

I say goodbye to Australia and board the flight for my first leg back to Kuala Lumpur. I’m flying a Boeing 777 on Malaysia Airlines, the same plane which, just three years later, would disappear over the Indian Ocean en route to Beijing with 227 passengers and 12 staff onboard.
This flight arrives safely, but just barely.
Lights are flashing on and off. People are screaming. Air masks come down several times. I am fairly convinced we are going to die at numerous points during the voyage.
Fearful, immature faith recommitments and quickly forgotten promises to God ensue ..read more

I grew up thinking Self Realisation is for the Holy People amongst us, it’s alien to society as it talks of mystical experiences and life beyond the 5 senses so this subject tends to have a lot of fear based around it. It’s a subject that we are not taught through our education system, a subject which we touch on in religious studies, but religion has division in it itself and doesn’t address Universal spirituality. Its simply the truth of what we are, how we have been created, what is this universe, this world, this body and how we are a multidimensional being a ..read more

Biofeedback therapy is a type of therapy that uses electronic sensors to measure and provide information about physiological processes within the body, such as heart rate, muscle tension, breathing rate, skin temperature, and brain waves. The goal of biofeedback therapy is to help individuals learn how to control their physiological responses to stress or pain by providing them with real-time feedback on their bodily processes. It is mainly focused on the idea that once one becomes aware of their bodily functions, they can ultimately control them. This therapy can be effective for individuals ..read more

And She Lived Happily Ever After
by Deb Durbin (www.o-books.com)
THE POWER OF CONDITIONING?
This was the question that prompted me to write my latest book, And She Lived Happily Ever After (O Books due out 31st March 2023). What began as one of those ‘Lockdown Projects’ soon became a source of investigating why, despite being in the 21st century, women were still struggling to find their happy ever after in most if not all areas of their lives.
My seventies childhood confirmed to me that men were the ones who called all the shots in a woman’s life. I notice how misogynistic the ‘70 ..read more

AJ Coleman was devastated when he lost his wife to cancer, leaving him alone to raise their baby daughter. He felt an almost debilitating mourning as he faced this and other challenges—becoming a single father, accepting his hearing impairment, learning to deal with anxiety and panic attacks, and recovering from job losses. He later found faith and spiritually in Israel hiking up the Masada. He wrote the book Keep Those Feet Moving: A Widower’s 8-Step Guide to Coping with Grief and Thriving Against All Odds as a gift to other widowers and people suffering losses and challenges to encourag ..read more

Imagine for a moment that you are living a life you feel is not your own. You feel like you’re stuck in a constant cycle of pain and chaos with no end. You try to fight it, but it seems like no matter what you do, the darkness always swallows you whole. This is what addiction feels like.
Addiction can be a difficult topic to talk about. It’s often seen as taboo, and many people struggle to understand it. This is in part because addiction can manifest in many different ways. Some people become addicted to drugs or alcohol, while others become addicted to gambling, food, or sex.
Regardless of th ..read more
