Hello friends!
Happy weekend to you! Today is my son's 26th birthday and as a married man. So hard to believe I have children that old! LOL. Today I have a St. Patrick's Day card to share. Because really, aren't we all a little bit Irish on St. Patrick's Day? ;) I used Whimsy Stamp's new Shenanigans Lassie Die set. I cut her out using several pieces of cardstock. Her skin was cut using a Copic friendly paper and colored. I pieced her together and added a little bow and pearl to her belt. I stamped the new Lucky Horseshoes on aqua paper. I situate ..read more

Hello Friends!
Today is February 1st and that means Whimsy Stamps has a new release!
This adorable set is called, Doggie Naughty. The dog with the toilet paper reminds me our King Charles Cavalier, Myla. As a puppy, she was enamored with TP! She constantly was pulling it and playing with it. It was cute, but a bit of a mess!
This naughty fella was colored with Copics. I added a few black sequins and tiny paw prints from the Rainbow Bridge Confetti Mix.
Be sure to pop by Whimsy Stamps! They have some adorable sets all ready for St. Patrick's Day!

Good morning!
I am four weeks into my recovery and heading back to school on Monday. I am looking forward to seeing my students again, but a bit nervous about working all day. I still get tired and sore after being on my feet for awhile. But my doc thinks it's best to get back to "normal" as much as I can.
So wish me luck!
This is version 3 of Whimsy's new set, Love and Unicorns.
The image was colored with Copics and fussy cut. I didn't have paper that seemed to go with her, so I created my own striped paper using Copics.
I used a Stitched Circle die ..read more

Good morning! How do you like Whimsy's new set, Love and Unicorns? You know I couldn't just make one card with this adorable set! So today I have another card. I decided to go full on Valentine's Day colors, right down to the unicorn's mane. She was colored with Copics and fussy cut. I used the Mitered Frames Die.
I added the sentiment, a small heart from my stash using the Slimline Hearts Background die, a few sequins, and the XOX from the Confetti Mix, Hugs and Kisses.
If you haven't yet checked out Whimsy's new release, run over there now! You won ..read more

Howdy friends!
Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day! The set I used today is called, Love and Unicorns. I think this world could use a little bit more of both! ;)I colored the image using Copics and fussy cut it. The background was done with water colors and water color paper.
Once the background was dry, I stamped the sentiment directly on the water color paper. Unfortunately, I didn't wait until the ink was dry before adhering everything. As you can see I smeared some of the ink on the unicorn's leg. :( The hearts are once again from the Slimline Hearts Background die ..read more

Happy Monday!
I told you last week I was a bit obsessed with this set, Give a Sip from Whimsy Stamps! ;) I inked this cutie with a no line ink and colored it using my Zig Clean Brush Markers. I love doing no line coloring from time to time! I stamped the sentiment directly to the image and added those hearts once again from the Slimline Heart Background Die. The cute polka dot paper is from the 6 x 6 Mix n Match Neutrals.
I added a bit of twine to finish off the card and a few gel pen high lights. :)
Have a wonderful Monday!

Happy weekend to you!
I have to share with you all that I have the BEST friends! Due to my surgery I have had to wear a nightgown the past two weeks. They came over with dinner, dessert, and wearing their very own nightgowns last night! I have been so cooped up, it was nice laughing, and feeling a bit more normal. :)
On to my card....I used Whimsy Stamp's, Give a Sip......again. Hopefully you are not tired of this set yet!
The image was colored with Copics and cut out with the new Slimline Victorian Die set. And as always, I added a heart that I had in my st ..read more

Hello friends!
Happy Friday!
I have a quick post using Whimsy Stamp's Lady Bugs stamp set. I used Copics and then the coordinating dies to cut them out. Stickles were added to their spots.
I used the Pierced and Stitched Circles dies for the background.
Just a quick post today!
I'll be back with another this weekend! :)

Hello friends!
Today is Whimsy Stamp's new release day! So many fun new products!
I used this adorable new set called, Give a Sip. I colored this cutie in with Copics and stamped the sentiment directly under him.
I kept the layout pretty simple, but did add a pom pom to his hat and a heart that was die cut from the Slimline Hearts Background Die. I have an envelope where I store all of the hearts to use on future projects. ;)
Be sure to stop over at Whimsy Stamps to see their full release!
Have a great day my friends!

Happy Sunday to you all!
During my recovery I have been able to do some coloring and crafting while I heal.
I always need birthday cards and this little guy was just begging to be colored.
He is part of Whimsy Stamp's Jungle Birthday set. I stamped him in a no line coloring ink. I used my Zig Clean Brush markers on Bristol paper to bring him to life. I cut an oval out of masking paper and placed it over my image. I used a stencil from Whimsy that is now retired. (I apologize!) But any of their stencils in the background would look great here!
I added ..read more
