This July and August we are collaborating with other Presbyterian churches in North Seattle for joint worship services! This partnership is another element of our summer series' focus on Christian Nationalism and the reading of the Theological Declaration of Barmen and the Confession of Belhar.

I’m so glad to be back with you all after four months away. Nate and I are grateful for the church’s support–the prayers, cards, meals, and sweet gifts for our little JoJo and for us as we recovered from the house fire and welcomed a new baby. This has been a challenging season for us, but we’ve felt so held and cared for by so many.

Palm/Passion Sunday (March 24): Worship at 10:30amThis year, we are looking to both honor and diverge a little from our recent Palm/Passion Sunday traditions. As in the past, the structure of the service will follow Jesus on his journey from the triumphal entry into Jerusalem all the way to the cross. Pastor Staci Imes has left Woodland Park Presbyterian Church in pursuit of different goals on Bainbridge Island. We are so grateful for and blessed by her years of leadership and service here at WPPC. For now we are back with a single-pastor model, with Pastor Joe taking the reins full-time.
