El Eclipse was Initially crafted by the recently closed iconic hotel and restaurant The NoMad in New York City, it is named for the moon’s color during an eclipse. So I tweaked the recipe and created my own ” El eclipse de abril ” with a more tart finish.  The recipe on Liquor.com suggests adding cherry liqueur to the mix for enhanced flavor, but I decided to take a slightly different approach.
