Latest Research inn Chronic Pain Texas legislative has filed several bills to expand access to medical cannabis in Texas. In recent news, HB 1805 passed in the house on April 12, 2023. HB 1805 would add chronic pain as a qualifying condition and the THC dosage would be measured in milligrams. This would allow physician to prescribe medical cannabis to patients suffering from chronic pain for which they would otherwise be given opioids.
