We often prepare students for entry level roles in the HVACR industry without explaining to them the career opportunities they have the potential to explore. If they are only exposed to the first year roles, that we all get stuck with, like sweeping floors and cleaning trucks, they may very well quit and find new careers without understanding their true potential. Yes there are some pretty crummy tasks that need done. Yes it might be a lot of work to get to the top.
