Having sick kids can be a stressful and overwhelming time. Here's a few tips on how to remain sane and ensure they get well as soon as possible.
1. Listen to your gut. If you think a doctor or hospital visit is warranted, don't hesitate. It's much better to be safe than sorry and it will hopefully help bring your stress levels down, knowing you have taken every precaution. My younger sister had pneumonia a while back. We could've written it off as a normal cold symptoms but thankfully my mum had an instinct that something else was up so off to the hospital she went.

Modern family life - it’s busy! Overwhelmingly busy!
