We wanted to give a quick update on a few things we’ve been working on. As some of you may have noticed, our labels for authentication have changed drastically. Over the past few months we have added a QR code to boxes over a certain value. When scanned with your phone, this will take you to our website and a photo is that exact box. Like a signature, no two boxes have the BBCE wrap in the exact same spots. This will allow for a quick check on authenticity that was not previously available.   Our next step was to introduce in entirely new label. You can see this label in the two pictures ..read more

HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ITEMS FOR BBCE AUTHENTICATION
Baseball Card Exchange Blog

For over 30 years, Baseball Card Exchange has been passionate about unopened vintage wax. Incredibly, boxes and packs from the 1950s are still in their original unsearched and unopened condition. Due to the scarcity of 1950s-'60s unopened wax and because unearthing these packs and wax boxes has become rare, we find a heightened demand for unopened products from the ''70s-'80s and even the '90s! What once was considered "junk wax" is now no slouch.   Over the past three years, we at BBCE have witnessed a growth in the unopened niche that we did not expect. During the pandemic, peopl ..read more

We received a call from a long time customer last week selling his (BBCE) wrapped collection. The collection was loaded with boxes "From A Sealed Case". It was great seeing boxes from long ago in our clear shrink wrap! He also had some great cello boxes and a bunch of rack packs (not pictured). He was super easy to deal with and within a week we traveled and bought the deal. Check the website for all the new boxes. Remember that when its time for you to sell, give us a call. We travel to you and pay in cash. Thank you, Rick ..read more

We just purchased another large deal of unopened boxes from the early 90's.  There's five pallets of larger banker boxes containing thousands of boxes from all four major sports and some non-sports as well.  It is definitely fun to go through these boxes as we haven't had some of these boxes in many years.  The hockey boxes are very cool and we haven't been able to purchase this type of quantity in a long time.  Look for these boxes to start hitting the website this weekend.  Thanks, Rick ..read more
