Professor Yan Pang received her PhD degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2011. She worked as a Postdoctoral Associate from 2014 to 2015 at Duke university, and from 2016 to 2018 at MIT. She joined the School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2019.
