The likelihood of Lisa Wilkinson returning to 10 seems further out of reach with reports the former Project host and network are unable to agree on costs following the Bruce Lehrmann defamation case. US actor Terry Carter, best known for Battlestar Galactica and McCloud, has died aged 95. He died on Tuesday at his home in New York City, his son confirmed. Carter featured as Sergeant Joe Broadhurst in the detective series McCloud from 1970 to 1977.
