Over the last few weeks I've noticed multiple offers have come back to Halifax's real estate market with a vengance. Particularly in the first time home buyer price point of homes listed under $500,000! A semi detached home I showed a few weeks ago received 16 offers and sold for almost $100,000 over the asking price!
