The summer beat goes on! Fluke and blues are being taken in the surf from our local beaches. IBSP seems to be the beach of choice for most summer surf anglers. Gulp fished on a buck tail seems to be the number one choice for the summer time flatties. This combo has accounted for some nice fish being taken in the surf.
