According to the National Golf Foundation (NGF), the number of nine-hole rounds was up over 15 percent in 2020. The NGF also reported that 33 percent of core golfer rounds in 2020 were of the nine-hole rounds, while occasional golfers reported that 48 percent of the rounds they play are nine holes. I had the opportunity recently to be invited in a trip to find out about Cape Cod golf and other experiences on the Cape. I met with Patti Lloyd, Senior Vice President of Sales at Cape Cod’s Chamber of Commerce, at the start of the visit.
