This week on Beyond Stillness: Stories After Stroke we welcome writer, speaker, and stroke and brain injury activist Tymiak Hawkins who lives in Edison, New Jersey.  In June of 2019, just four years after graduating from college and months before his wedding, Tymiak suffered a stroke.  In his first year of recovery he wrote a book entitled, Becoming the Light: Navigating Darkness After A Stroke.
