A multifamily owner has sold a 35-unit apartment building in Hunterdon County for a reported $9.3 million, in a newly announced deal by Berkadia.
Brokers with the firm represented Merion Realty Partners in its disposition of Halstead Place Apartments, located at 67 Halstead St. in Clinton. AcquiVest acquired the six-year-old, three-story building, which has a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom rentals with 20 percent reserved as affordable housing.

A fraternal organization has sold a vacant 22,000-square-foot building in Bordentown to a developer for more than $4 million, in a newly announced deal by Fennelly Associates.
The buyer, Tosh Wolfe, plans to redevelop the property at 103 Dunns Mill Road as a 182,000-square-foot warehouse facility that will capitalize on the continued demand from tenants in the asset class, according to a news release. Denholtz Properties has secured more than $26 million in acquisition financing for nearly 214,000 square feet of high-end industrial space in Texas, in a deal arranged by JLL.
