How do you make a Meatstock? If you said you take the child of a father who doesn’t do much cooking & a mother who is vegetarian, you win! Jay Beaumont, cofounder of Meatstock didn’t have the traditional southern bbq eating upbringing you’d imagine a meat party planner would have for sure.
