The Democrat San Francisco Board of Supervisors will be considering whether to waive the residency requirement for two members of the Cannabis Oversight Committee. We know that over 7 % of our population has left San Francisco over the last 2-3 years, but are we so desperate for Committee members that we have to appoint people from out of town?  We still have about 800.  Thousand.
