Suffering from acid reflux, I finally switched from drinking my coffee black to adding some milk in it. Right away, I saw a big improvement. David and I like snacky foods especially on movie nights ?! He enjoys his Cretors Popcorn or BBQ chips while I have my plain chips with my onion chip dip or my seaweed snack. Who didn’t eat banana bread as a child? It became popular during the Great Depression and WWII for a few reasons: it’s a delicious way to salvage this fruit, it’s nutritious ?, it doesn’t need that much sugar due to the natural sweetness of these ripe bananas plus it’s a tasty comfort food.   Quick breads ? are easy to make! The majority of the time, kids and vegetables don’t get along!
