1 cup cassava flour
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon Coconut oil
1-2 3/4 cup of warm water
Whisk together all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add coconut and rub into flour with your hands until crumbly. add warm water and mix with spoon until dough feels well hydrated.

1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup cassava flour
