Once a month, I gather the 365Hawaii real estate team for a Zoom call to cover all the various markets on Hawaii Island. This session featured North Kona, Waikoloa, North Kohala and East Hawaii.  Generally, over priced homes are sitting and reductions are occurring on homes that are not aligned with the current market.
